  • Remote-controlled boat lifts
  • Gated dock access with fob entry
  • Shore power available (30/50 amps)
  • Dock lighting for nighttime visibility

All slips at The Alice Marina include lift access and full use of marina amenities.

Available lift sizes and monthly pricing:

  • 7,000 lb lift – $1,500/month
  • 10,000 lb lift – $1,800/month
  • 17,000 lb lift – $2,000/month
  • 22,000 lb lift – $2,500/month
